Meet Amy
Regardless of project size, I focus on creating outdoor spaces tailored in scale and function—ranging from intimate gardens and outdoor living areas to comprehensive residential master plans.
A lifelong love of design and gardening led me to earn a degree in Graphic Design from Samford University, followed by Landscape and Horticulture studies at Jefferson State. What began as sketches for neighbors quickly evolved into a full-service design practice.
I approach every project collaboratively, partnering closely with clients, architects, and builders to create enduring outdoor spaces that feel like a natural extension of home.
When I'm not at the drawing table or on-site, I love spending time with my husband, Michael, and our children, Major, Belle, and Asher.

All landscape design services are billed at an hourly rate, allowing for a fully customized approach tailored to your property’s scope and timeline.
1. Initial On-Site Consultation: We meet at your home to discuss your goals, aesthetic preferences, and how you envision using your outdoor space. During this visit, we assess the site’s unique layout, architecture, light, and natural features.
2. Site Analysis & Measurements: I take comprehensive site measurements and detailed photos. (Providing a property survey is greatly appreciated to streamline this step.)
3. Master Plan Development: Depending on project size, plan development typically takes 2–4 weeks to complete, resulting in a thoughtful, build-ready design.
4. Contractor Collaboration: I work alongside trusted local contractors and artisans, and am happy to provide qualified recommendations to bring the design to life seamlessly.
